1. Changes and Variations

Schedules, prices, routings, and information published on www.knighttours.ae are correct at the time of publication but are subject to variation without notice.

Our operating schedules and the routes of certain tours and safaris may change during the holy month of Ramadan, the summer months, or due to force majeure (weather, government restrictions, etc.). Knight Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour or alter any part of an itinerary at our discretion without prior notification.

2. Booking and Payment via Agent

As Knight Tours does not process online payments, the following conditions apply:

  • Payment Requirement: The full price of any activity is due and payable once a booking is finalized with our agent.

  • Deadlines: We reserve the right to cancel any provisional booking if the full price is not received by our agent at least two (2) days prior to the commencement of the activity.

  • Confirmation: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once our agent has verified receipt of payment through our approved offline channels.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Refund Eligibility: No refund will be payable for bookings cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of an activity.

  • No Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated location at the specified departure time shall be considered a cancellation by the guest, and no refund will be issued.

  • Inquiries: To request a cancellation or change, you must contact the Knight Tours agent who handled your booking directly.

4. Cancellation by Knight Tours

We are entitled to cancel, alter, or omit any part of an activity for which a booking has been made, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of many activities (such as desert safaris), delays and cancellations may result from factors beyond our control (weather, accidents, sickness, or governmental restrictions).

  • In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at the sole discretion of Knight Tours management.

5. Third-Party Suppliers

Where Knight Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., tickets for attractions or theme parks), the cancellation and refund policies of the specific supplier will take precedence. Our agents will inform you of these specific terms during the inquiry process.
