To book any of our tours, safaris, or city experiences, please follow these steps:

Agent Assistance: A Knight Tours agent will assist you with availability, tailored itineraries, and pricing.

Payment: We do not offer online payments. Your agent will provide you with alternative secure payment modes (e.g., bank transfer or office payment) to finalize your booking.

Contract: All purchases are subject to our Conditions of Contract. You may be required to sign an indemnity form for specific adventurous activities.
2. Safari Vehicle Safety
Our vehicle fleet is maintained to the highest safety standards.

Seat Belts: By UAE law, all passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.

Child Safety: Special seating is required for children. This must be requested and confirmed with your agent at the time of booking.

Infant/Baby Seats (0-3 years): Require an exclusive vehicle booking.

Child Booster (4 years): Requires an exclusive vehicle.

Child Booster/Cushion (5+ years): Permitted in sharing vehicles.

Seating: Seats are not pre-allocated. During safaris, seating within 4-wheel drive vehicles is typically rotated.
3. Health & Safety Advice

Terrain: Our safaris involve off-road driving through rugged desert terrain.

Medical Conditions: If you have pre-existing medical conditions (such as heart ailments, neck, or back problems), or are an expectant mother, please inform your agent during the inquiry. Alternative arrangements can be made for certain segments of the tour to ensure your comfort.

Languages: While our city tours may be multilingual, desert safaris are generally conducted in English.
4. Cultural Awareness & Conduct
The UAE is an Islamic country with rich traditions. Please follow these local guidelines:

Photography: Strictly prohibit photographing government buildings, military sites, or refineries. Always ask permission before photographing local residents.

Littering: Subject to fines.

Smoking: Prohibited in indoor and public areas.

Dress Code: Modest clothing is recommended in public areas, malls, and souks. Shoulders and knees should generally be covered.

Mosque Visits: If visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, strict dress codes apply (no transparent clothing, no shorts/skirts, and head coverings for women).
5. Ramadan, Alcohol & Entertainment

Ramadan: During the holy month, eating, drinking, and smoking in public areas during daylight hours is prohibited.

Alcohol: The legal drinking age is 21. Alcohol and live entertainment are not permitted during religious holidays (24-hour period starting from sunset on the eve of the holiday).
